Use in Specific Populations

Pregnancy: If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, taking Crizotinib may harm your unborn baby.

Breastfeeding: If you are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed, it is unknown whether XALKORI passes into breast milk. Do not breastfeed during treatment with Crizotinib and for 45 days after the last dose. Consult your healthcare provider about the best way to feed your baby during this time.

Daily Precautions

1. Crizotinib must be taken strictly as prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop taking it without your doctor's guidance.

2. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is less than 6 hours until your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take double doses to make up for a missed dose.

3. If vomiting occurs after taking a dose, do not take an extra dose. Take the next dose at the regularly scheduled time.
