    Ritlecitinib is a prescription drug targeting JAK3 kinase and TEC kinase, which was approved by the U.S. FDA on June 23, 2023.

    Dosage and Administration

    Route and Frequency of Administration of Ritlecitinib: Oral administration, once daily.

    Use in Specific Populations

    Pregnancy: It is currently unknown whether ritlecitinib may cause harm to the unborn baby. If you become pregnant or plan to become pregnant during treatment with ritlecitinib, please inform your healthcare provider.

    Lactation: It is currently unknown whether ritlecitinib is excreted in human milk. Do not breastfeed during treatment with ritlecitinib and for 14 hours after the last dose.

    Daily Precautions

    1. Do not crush, split or chew ritlecitinib capsules.

    2. Infections may occur during ritlecitinib administration, some of which may be severe. Patients should be instructed to promptly inform their clinician if any signs or symptoms of infection develop (e.g., fever, sweating, chills, muscle aches, cough, dyspnea, fatigue, diarrhea, dysuria, erythema).

    3. Ritlecitinib may increase the risk of developing certain cancers, including skin cancer. Regular skin examinations are recommended during treatment.
